Product Description
This anti-corrosion technology involves immersing rust removed channel steel into a zinc solution at 440-460 ℃, allowing a zinc layer to adhere to the surface of the channel steel, thereby achieving the purpose of anti-corrosion.
The characteristics of galvanized channel steel include:
It has a thick and dense pure zinc layer that covers the surface of steel, avoiding contact between the steel substrate and any corrosive solution, thereby protecting the steel substrate from corrosion.
Has an iron zinc alloy layer, dense bonding, and corrosion resistance; It exhibits unique corrosion resistance in marine salt spray atmosphere and industrial atmosphere.
Zinc has good ductility, and its alloy layer adheres firmly to the steel base. Therefore, hot-dip plated parts can be formed through various processes such as cold stamping, rolling, drawing, and bending without damaging the coating.
After hot-dip galvanizing of steel structural components, it is equivalent to one annealing treatment, which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the steel substrate, eliminate the stress during the forming and welding of steel components, and is conducive to turning and processing of steel structural components.
Pure zinc layer is the most plastic galvanized layer in hot-dip galvanizing, and its properties are basically similar to pure zinc, with ductility, so it is rich in flexibility.
