Product Description
SAE1006 galvanized strip steel is a strip steel material made from SAE1006 low carbon steel through pickling, galvanizing, packaging and other processes. This type of galvanized strip has good corrosion resistance and is widely used in the manufacture of various metal products.
In the manufacturing process, the SAE1006 steel strip is first pickled to remove the rust and impurities on the surface and make the surface smooth. After cleaning, it is sent to the hot-dip galvanizing tank for hot-dip galvanizing treatment, forming a strong galvanized layer on the surface of the steel strip to improve its corrosion resistance. Finally, the galvanized steel strip shall be coiled into the warehouse.
SAE1006 galvanized steel strip has a wide range of applications. Due to its excellent anti-corrosion performance, it can be used to manufacture metal products that are no longer galvanized, such as light steel keel, peach shaped column of guardrail net, sink, roller shutter door, bridge, etc., and can also be used for household appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, shower, vacuum cleaner, etc., to strengthen and protect them. In the automotive field, SAE1006 galvanized strip can be used to manufacture large cars, trucks, trailers, luggage carts, refrigerated trucks and other parts, such as garage doors, wipers, mudguards, fuel tanks, water tanks and so on.
